Meet Talley Sergent, founder and principal of WORKHORSE, llc, who has more than 20 years experience of delivering strategic solutions for individuals, brands, and organizations. Grounded in her belief that no job is too small, details matter, work ethic spurs success, and loyalty and laughter lead to some much-needed levity, Talley Sergent takes a workhorse mentality to all that she does.

From FORTUNE 100 companies to global nonprofits to three U.S. Presidents to GRAMMY award-winning and nominated music artists to Hall-of-Fame athletes, Talley Sergent has a track record of driving impactful results through innovative campaigns and initiatives, public relations and strategic communications, partnerships, philanthropy and advocacy, and consular services.

Talley Sergent is a proud West Virginia native who understands how a global footprint can shape a local community and vice versa. She has traveled to nearly all 50 states, 15 countries, and worked on six continents. In 2018, she was named by WV Living magazine as a ‘WV Wonder Woman,’ and in 2017 was lauded as one of FORTUNE’s ‘Most Powerful Women-Next Gen.’ Talley graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is an avid Tar Heel fan. A striving scratch golfer, she and her partner Patrick - and their dog Marley - live in West Virginia, Washington, D.C., and wherever the road may lead.
